The Precious Rubies Club is the Women’s Ministry of GCI. This ministry is under the leadership of the wife of The General Overseer. The vision of the Club is to raise women who are filled with the word of God and who will impact the church, their families and their communities with Christian principles and values. All women in GCI are considered automatic members of the Precious Rubies Club and are encouraged to participate fully in the activities of the club.

Activities of the club are mainly centred on issues that affect women and their families. The foundation of the programs is the word of God therefore there is constant study of The Word and Prayer by members as part of their core activities.

Consequently, the Club together with the leadership of the Prayer and Intercessory Department, organise a special Women’s Prayer Clinic on specified Saturdays. Other activities of the Club include programs that focus on equipping members with practical life skills and home building ideas. Members also engage in evangelism and organising of crusades.

The highlight of activities for members of the Club is the annual celebration of Precious Rubies Month. The Club takes this opportunity to showcase and highlight its activities and achievements. The Leadership and members of The Precious Rubies Club therefore take the lead on various church programs. The Precious Rubies Club is a vibrant department which ensures that the giftings of every ‘Precious Ruby’ is uncovered, developed, polished and showcased.
